A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME
Originally from Brazil, I have been living in Sydney for more than 5 years. Back home I have a degree in Physical Education, Postgraduate qualifications in Nutrition and Fitness, and since I have been in Australia I have completed Certificates III, IV and Diploma in Fitness.
I am a fitness industry professional, that have been working in the fitness industry for 20 years + and have extensive experience working as a Personal Trainer. Prior to relocating to Australia I worked exclusively as a Personal Trainer, helping people have a better life, achieve their goals and find a better version of themselves. Must part of this clients working in senior executive roles from large multi-national companies.
Currently I´m working as a Personal Trainer with my own clients at Sydney Park and in a private studio in Redfern (Sydney).
As a fully qualified and accredited trainer, I firmly believe in the positive benefits that fitness can bring to all areas of our lives. PERSONAL TRAINING
1 on 1
Long experience with design a personally tailored program that will help balance and manage a stressful workload, awareness, expert individualized fitness instruction and motivation. That can be a full body workout or split training in accordance with your goals. Every session ends with a assistance stretching.
Flexible training times and great outdoor convenient locations.
COUPLE TRAINING
2 on 1
Ask for partner, friends, families or workmates.
We provide a buddy session or small group training (3,4) that can smash your goals with a motived training.
Functional full body workout (Cardio circuits, HIIT, speed, agility, balance, power and endurance.
For it I use TRX, ropes, resistance band, dumbbells, kettlebells, cable system, Ybell, aquacore, bodyweights and some boxing exercises. A kind of Circuit, HIIT, or super sets workouts. But all this depends of your goals, the sessions will be designed related to your needs and objetives.
